Store chocolates in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Chocolates last 2-3 weeks due to not adding any extra preservatives. If room temperate is warm, place in fridge before indulging into chocolates, leave to soften for best desired taste. But we recommend eating them as soon as possible for lasting exquisite tastes!

Items are dispatched 2-14 working days after order date and shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class. Please inform us if there is a certain date you would like your order for, and we will do our best to create it for around that date.
We make the best effort to make sure the products arrive to you with minimal damage. However, we do not have any control of the parcels once they have left us. We can therefore not guarantee that products arrive to you safely and are not able to refund broken items.

We know that it’s difficult seeing a chocolate box you love, but with the wrong flavours or chocolate. That’s why we offer a bespoke service.

- Add more flavours. Do you want to change/add more of our flavours to the box, choose from our list of flavours.
