Store chocolates in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Chocolates last 2-3 weeks due to not adding any extra preservatives. But we recommend eating them as soon as possible for lasting exquisite tastes!

Items are dispatched 2-14 working days after order date and shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class. Please inform us if there is a certain date you would like your order for, and we will do our best to create it for around that date.
We make the best effort to make sure the products arrive to you with minimal damage. However, we do not have any control of the parcels once they have left us. We can therefore not guarantee that products arrive to you safely and are not able to refund broken items.

We know that it’s difficult seeing a chocolate box you love, but with the wrong flavours or chocolate. That’s why we offer a bespoke service.
Options include:
- Colour. Do you want the your chocolates to be a certain colour.
- Size. We will do a different box size for you.
- Add more flavours. Do you want to add more of our flavours to the box, choose from our list of flavours.
- Design alteration. You can choose to personalise the design elements of the chocolate, see the examples we have done, or inquire further if you have a design in mind,
- Extra Touches: Edible Gold, Edible silver, 24K Gold Flakes, add the extra touch to your special gift
