Delivery and Returns


Rose Chocolates takes extra care in making sure your beautiful handmade treats and gifts are delivered to you safely.  Your chocolates are packed into a tight fitting postal box, and if there is any room for movement we add extra protective items such as protective paper or chips.  Orders are shipped using 1st class delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after your order is successfully processed.  We aim to have your chocolates processed and sent out to you from 2-14 working days after purchase.  As a small business that makes all our chocolates handmade and made to order, using mainly fresh ingredients in busier periods processing time can take up to 14 working days.    Please inform us if you would like your order for a certain date, we need minimum 2 weeks in advance for designated day orders.  If your ordering a large amount of chocolates for a event please inform us a month minimum in advance to ensure we can guarantee to make your chocolates in time for your special day.

Changes to your order

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order.  We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, so we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.

Shipping during COVID-19

During COVID we cannot guarantee shipping times as this is outside of our control.  We make the best effort to meet your deadlines.  Please place orders for certain dates in advance, we appreciate your support and patience during these challenging times.

UK Express 1st Class Delivery Fee:  £4.75 (Subject  to change)

When the temperature in London is over 25 degrees, we may delay shipments to ensure your delivery arrives to you safely.
